Everything You Need During Your Stay.

We're glad to have you. Here are a few things to know — and we're a phone call away if you need anything else.

Emergency Contacts

In an emergency, please call 911 first. Then let us know.

Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink and in the master closet. A first aid kit is in the laundry closet, and an emergency flashlight is plugged into the wall in the living area.

Parking

Each cottage has two parking spots reserved directly in front. Please don't use the parking for neighboring units. If you need additional parking, more is available in front of the Woodford Inn, just off the street.

Door Locks & Check-In

Our cottages feature state-of-the-art automatic door locks. Prior to your check-in time, you'll receive a unique access code via text message. This code lets you unlock the front door for the duration of your stay.

For your safety, please make sure both the front and back doors are securely locked whenever you're not in the cottage.

WiFi

Your WiFi network name and password are printed on a card on the kitchen counter. If you have any trouble connecting, give us a call and we'll get you sorted.

House Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in any of the surrounding areas.
  • No parties.
  • Please respect your neighbors — no loud noise or music after 10 PM.
  • If traveling with pets, please clean up after them.

TV & Streaming

Each cottage is equipped with a Roku TV — easy to log into your favorite apps including Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and more.

Bed & Bath

Additional towels, washcloths, bedding, and pillows can be found in the closet adjacent to the family room. Foam pillows are also available in the closet if that's your preference. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Kitchen & Coffee

A Keurig coffee maker and a selection of K-cups are stocked in the kitchen, along with sugar and creamer. If you prefer to brew, a regular coffee pot is available in the pantry.

Heating & Air

The temperature has been set to a comfortable average before your arrival. Feel free to adjust to your preference using the thermostat.
